Brr it’s
cold this morning, 7 C. The AC’s work on
heating, that’s a bonus we’re grateful for.
We are at the Grand Canyon again by 10 am and spend around five hours
exploring the Red Route from where we catch glimpses of the Colorado River more than a
mile down. It's truly spectacular!

Elk come to
visit the campground this evening. We saw
lots of them at the GC and also the cutest little chipmunks!

Tomorrow we
are moving on to check out the North Rim of the Grand Canyon where there are lots of State Forest and Pubic Land areas so we are thinking of doing some dry camping between now and when we
hit Vegas on 5 June, so we might not have WIFI or phone access for a few days. Will blog again when we hit Vegas.
Canyon looks about the same as when i was there in 1968.impressive.

Aaaggghhh!!!! Fantastic scenery! I want to see the Grand Canyon!!!! That's the only thing I want to see in America. Apart from Washington, where Michelle has just been, and she says it's beautiful.
