Cummins, Coburg OR

Saturday 23 July

Another beautiful day in Paradise, but sadly we have to leave this camp today, they haven’t had any cancellations and there is no room for us.  We say goodbye to our new friends and drive just a few miles north to Cummins where L&L are parked up waiting for their service work on Monday.  There is a space beside them with power so there we park.  A quick coffee and then L&L take us shopping - again!  First stop is Best Buys to get an USB cable so the new printer can scan to the computer!!  Thought it would be able to do that already?  Anyway $35 later we hope it works!  Then the girls get dropped off at the mall for an hour or so while the buys go back for yet another stint at Northwest RV.  It’s now way past time for lunch so Larry finds us a micro-brewery with really good food - Plant Town at Springfield.  Kim decrees his Hobbits Habit Olde Ale superbly good and his Bacon Irish Cheddar Burger with horseradish sauce and pickled onion the best burger he has EVER tasted!  Happy chappy!

Well it’s now 4.30 pm so we have missed happy hour but swing by Walmart on the way back to the coaches for supplies – more wine and icecream to go with our blackberries for dessert tonight.  And very good it all is too!
