What’s
happening with the exchange rate – going down!!
L&L are
coming by to take us ‘walkabout’ at 10 am.
Their coach is getting new carpet so they need to be out for the day. They do an awesome job of taking us here, there and literally everywhere we want to go! First to Camping
World, then we do a tiki around the old factories where the Safari motorhomes
were built in the 90's and early 2000’s .
We stop for lunch at a recommended Mexican restaurant – El Patron. The burritos were particularly good!
Then across the road to Dollar Tree, followed
by the Scooter Shop on Ocean, which we find finally open. The scooter Kim had googled was sold but they
do have a couple of options – yellow and black!
Of course those scooters have other characteristics but the colours will
do as descriptions for now!
L&L have
been absolutely wonderful to us, taking us everywhere in their car, sharing
their expertise, friends and even food with us!
We have had a ball!
We are late
getting back to the camp for Happy Hour, the rest have started without us!
Tonight L&L
have gone back to their coach to get it back into shape after their new carpet and
we are eating bodacious sweet corn and left overs tonight, not much needed
after our big lunch out : )
